Regent's Park Townhouse
Central London

This property is grade 1 listed, Nash designed terraced house, located within the Crown Estate in Regent's Park.

As the client was based abroad we were appointed to manage the main part of the design, planning and delivery stages.

Due to the sensitivity of the property multiple approval were required to be applied for and obtained. These approvals included, full planning consent, listed building consent, and the approval of the Crown Estate. As part of the approval processes we appointed specialist heritage planning consultants. A specialist project manager and cost consultants was also appointed to monitor the construction stage and administer the contract, thus providing the client with a robust cost control process.

The proposal for the project included the complete refurbishment of the main house, inside and out, which included restoring and replacing many original features. The mews house included a new basement and the conversion of the garage in to living space and a glazed linkway between the main and mews house.
